A month in the sea! I've now been in the sea every day since moving here.

Mainly swimming from the north end of the north prom down to the Glengower and back in a variety of conditions from hot, sunny and calm to cooler and choppy like the last day. A couple of swims at Clarach after biking there and a couple of windsurfing sessions at Ynyslas (which included swimming!).
